Donna Parachin - Executive Director

Having spent many years in pastoral ministry alongside her husband Alex, Donna has been an integral part of Singing Waters since 1993. With more than 20 years of corporate management experience majoring in communication she has been uniquely qualified to lead and develop Singing Waters into an international healing ministry. Miraculously saved out of a life of brokenness, Donna’s deep longing is to bring the unfailing love of the Father to the brokenhearted. Her passion and exuberant teaching style, along with her intercessory gifting, inspire and envision all who attend her sessions. With a desire to be a catalyst to lead others into deepening relationship with God, her hearts cry of “Come Holy Spirit” echoes, that all may encounter the tangible, transforming, healing presence of God.

Will & Madeleine Walker - Ministry Centre Managers

Will & Madeleine Walker have had a heart to see God's people whole and released since they were married. Will & Madeleine are native to South Africa where they met and married. Their ministry took them to England for several years and then on to Milton, Ontario. They took on the leadership of the Prayer and Care ministry at TACF for a number of years being responsible for training and pastoring the ministry team, traveling and teaching. Through the years God has put in them a genuine heart of compassion and a keen sense of discernment.
