To request an application for any Singing Waters Ministries course or to discuss Training opportunities, contact us at the phone number shown above.  Simply let us know your name, address and telephone number, your choice of course or conference, and if paying deposit by credit card, your card number and expiry date.

To request an application by mail, please print and complete the application request form for training courses and conferences or schools and send with a $50 deposit to:
