Will & Madeleine Walker - Ministry Centre Managers

Will & Madeleine Walker have had a heart to see God's people whole and released since they were married. Will & Madeleine are native to South Africa where they met and married. Their ministry took them to England for several years and then on to Milton, Ontario. They took on the leadership of the Prayer and Care ministry at TACF for a number of years being responsible for training and pastoring the ministry team, traveling and teaching. Through the years God has put in them a genuine heart of compassion and a keen sense of discernment.

Russ & Leesa Irwin - Director of Ministry

Russ Irwin, Singing Waters Director of Ministry, is a former pastor, church planter, professor of clinical psychology and international speaker, Russ has a passion to see believers come into a radical, real and transforming encounter with the healing heart of God. His dynamic and prophetic teaching style will cut through and challenge heart issues with revelation, wisdom and truth. As an active member of a local church, Russ models the Fathers love, through his family, his relationships and his commitment to operating through relationship and team.

Leesa Irwin passionately pursues releasing the heart of God through worship and creativity.  Leesa is at ease on a platform leading large congregations to the throne room or in a private one on one setting ministering the Father’s heart through gentle worship. Leesa has a background in nursing, recording, worship and being a wife and mother.  Leesa often ministers alongside her husband, Russ.  The Irwin family, including their daughter Andeneya worship together.

Joseph & Faith Liu - International Outreach Coordinators

Having been touched profoundly by the Father's lavish love and since lived in His gracious favor, Joseph & Faith desire to see the Abba's beloved sons and daughters step into the amazing walk of recovery of the ever abundant life, and of the destiny he and she was created to enter. Joseph & Faith, natives of Taiwan, had served in pastoral ministries in their homeland before spending three years traveling in between Singing Waters and Taiwan releasing what they have been blessed through the ministries. And now Joesph and Faith are stepping into the position of International Outreach Coordinatiors.

Bart de Krijger - Worship Leader

Bart de Krijger is a self taught singer songwriter with several CD recordings to his name. After he studied Theology, he attened the TACF School of Ministry where he met his wife. Together they ministered in Holland for several years and in 2003 they moved to Canada. His heart as a worship leader is to pastor Gods children into a life changing intimacy with Father God through worship.
